Bill Staples has written a step-by-step guide how to kickstart your ASP.NET website on the Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) Windows Cloud.
The only bad thing is that EC2 currently use Windows 2003 servers so you can not run your appps on IIS7 :/
